Water Treatment System

● Quartz sand filter:
The machine can remove the impurity part suspended in the water and reduce the turbidity of the water.
● Activated carbon filter:
The machine removes pigments, odors and microorganisms from the water.
● Sodium ion exchanger:
The machine can remove calcium and magnesium ions from water to soften the water.
● Precision filter:
The machine can ensure that the density of water entering the reverse osmosis membrane is less than 0.1um.
● Reverse osmosis:
The reverse osmosis device selects a semi permeable membrane to purify saline water according to different operating pressures. Reverse osmosis is called reverse osmosis because it works in the opposite way to natural infiltration.
Different materials have different osmotic pressure.
The reverse osmosis device can remove over 97% of soluble salts and over 99% of colloids, microorganisms, particles, and organic substances from water. This device becomes purified water, high-purity water, and space water (highly purified water). The most important features include low energy consumption, no pollution, high-quality produced water, and convenient operation and maintenance.
● UV sterilizer:
The machine uses UV to kill some bacteria in the water.
● Ozone sterilizer:
Ozone sterilizers can kill bacteria that ultraviolet rays cannot.
Hollow fiber ultrafiltration filters use asymmetric membrane permeation, which are made of polymer materials through special manufacturing processes. The water to be treated passes through these membranes under pressure, and the polymer substances and colloidal particles in the treated water are blocked on the surface of the membrane, and the circulating liquid is discharged. Then the water to be treated becomes more concentrated, and further, the substances in the original solution are dispersed and aggregated.
Based on the customer’s water quality analysis report and the desired water quality standards, we will provide recommendations for the customer to choose suitable water treatment equipment.
